Refund Policy

At Thee Online Quran Academy, we value your satisfaction. Please read our refund policy below:

1. Free Trial:

We offer a free trial class so you can experience our teaching before committing. No payment is required for the trial.

2. Refund Eligibility:

Refunds may be granted if:

• You cancel your subscription within the first 7 days of payment AND

• You have not completed more than 2 paid classes

3. Non-Refundable Situations:

• Classes missed without prior notice

• Late cancellations after trial period

• Technical issues on the student’s side

4. Rescheduling:

We allow flexible rescheduling if you notify us at least 6 hours before your class.

5. How to Request a Refund:

Email us at Admin@theeonlinequranacademy.com with your full name, payment reference, and reason for the refund. Eligible refunds will be processed within 5–7 business days.
